References You Can Track

Sea Freight — B/L or Container

The Bill of Lading number is on your B/L document. Container numbers are 4 letters + 7 digits (e.g. MSKU1234567).

Air Freight — AWB Number

The Air Waybill number has 11 digits, starting with the airline's 3-digit prefix (e.g. 125-12345675).

Any Mode — Booking Reference

Your AWL booking reference is on our confirmation email and invoice — it works for every shipment type.
